I have also had a major flair up of gout that has lasted almost 2 weeks now and flu-like symptoms the past few days which has set me back with meditation and exercise. I am getting the gout-karma under control by not drinking alcohol with the exception of the 19th when I'll have my Bacchanalian Beer Bash preceding Lent.
