Social Justice - The Dream Act

Tonight Melissa and I went to - 



WE ARE THE LIVING DREAM: 

A Dream Sabbath Celebrtion


Responding to Dr. Martin Luther King's exhortation to his fellow citizens to bring freedom to those "languishing in the corners of American society," Wildflower Church will host an interfaith service that will feature music, prayer, information on the history of the Dream Act, and testimonies from Dreamers, students who, through hard work, self-discipline, and commitment, have achieved academic excellence but are thwarted in their desire to contribute fully to the country they call home. The service will launch an ongoing campaign by the Wildflower Church Justice Team to defend and support Dreamers in their efforts for justice and equality.
